Brimstone is heavily scarred and possesses the arms and torso of a muscular human covered in a tough brown hide, with legs like that of a golden lion bearing raptor-like feet. His head is ram-like with hide instead of fur and gives way to scales around his flat, ovine nose, and reptilian eyes. Giant yellowed rams horns frame his face on both sides and the only ornament on his person is a set of jeweler's lenses on a chain. His voice is deep, reverberant, and always calm. Something like how Christian Judge portrayed Teal'c in Stargate-1.

Despite his appearance, Brimstone is not your classic Christian or Muslim demon. His race call themselves chimera and are sort of demons or fae, depending on how you look at it. It is very much like how the Asgardians are in Marvel; they are another race of powerful beings which humanity caught glimpses of and created stories to explain.

For those who have para or supernatural senses, Brimstone will feel something like a necromancy but without the miasma of evil or malignancy. Well aside form the usual feel of death, pain, and souls. More about this here though it spoils a surprise of the series.

Brimstone is a tradesman and will trade teeth (if in good shape and potency) for wishes. Wishes come in several denominations and you can read more about them here.
